- Rebuilt the student-facing product from the ground up — home dashboard, six-step onboarding with phone verification and single sign-on, profile and avatar editor, and course catalogue — shipped bilingual (Arabic/English) with full right-to-left support and light/dark themes.
- Built the student learning-analytics dashboard end-to-end for 15,000+ students — four visualizations spanning skill-level mastery, difficulty, question-bank coverage, and per-chapter progress — writing new database queries and a self-scoped API to surface insight previously available only to instructors.
- Ship production features using AI coding agents as the primary development workflow, directing automated codebase investigation, code review, and root-cause analysis to deliver 56 completed tickets across the platform.
- Established the design-token system that unblocked component reuse across the student platform, registering 40 framework-generated tokens and replacing 103 hand-written inline style blocks that had made shared UI components unusable.
- Operate as the sole full-stack owner across the platform — designing PostgreSQL schemas, building backend services and self-scoped APIs, and implementing the corresponding React/Next.js UI with TanStack Query end-to-end for every feature shipped.
